2024 HRP Costing Guidance

The aim of this document is to serve as a step-by step guidance and a walkthrough the pros and cons of each currently existing HRP costing methodology. This guidance builds on the guidance to field teams on how to establish the HRP financial requirements document (OCHA, 2017) while its content has been tailored to a Food Security Cluster specific audience, based on (best-)practices collected from FSC teams in the field.
